guaranteed with positive outcomes.
And then the slight shift,
the murmur of doubt.
It doesn’t take a crushing blow—only the soft winds of uncertainty,
the weighted air of disappointment. And collapse threatens.
Oh dear, you are sad. find one of your lovely grandchildren’s pictures to look at and cheer up.

There is something very deep and disturbing here, reminding me again of the death of Eli Wiesel and those dark times he survived.
