Weekly Photo Challenge: Security #2 (Reblog)
My dad always made me feel secure; I love him and miss him.
I love these candid shots I got on my little Kodak with 110 film. My mom would always tell him to comb his hair or button up his shirt before a shot, but I snapped him as he was coming in from the fields or the barn on a hot summer day–sweaty, dirty, and real.
It is how I remember him.
